First Time Users
The first time you use PCExpress, please call AppleTree Credit Union at 414.546.7800 to obtain your temporary password. The first time you log in with your temporary password, you will be prompted to change it. Please read the password requirements listed on the same page.
Call the credit union at 414.546.7800 with any questions, or to have a member service representative walk you through PCExpress.
Keep in mind you will have two separate passwords, one for PCExpress and one for Teller Express.

Your account information is available 24X7. You will need your four or five digit account number and your 4 digit Teller Express pin number to access your account. You can transfer money, make a loan payment, inquire on deposits, withdrawals and cleared checks, find out a loan payoff amount and much more!
Keep in mind you will have two separate passwords, one for Teller Express and one for PCExpress.

Our credit union is available to you at service centers located throughout the city, state and nation! Find a location near you at CUSwirl to assist you with a simple deposit or withdrawal.
ATM Locations
Locate a surcharge free ATM at Alliance One. AppleTree Credit Union’s ATM is always FREE for our members at 11333 W. Greenfield Ave.
FlexCard
With your FlexCard in hand, you don't need to stop at the Credit Union to access your Savings or Checking account. When you use your FlexCard, you'll enjoy the convenience of credit without the bill! Use it anywhere VISA is accepted and the money will come directly out of your Checking or Savings account. You can also access your account from an ATM using your Pin number.
You can use the FlexCard as many times as you want when you sign for your purchase or don't use your PIN number. So when asked "Credit or Debit?, say "Credit" to avoid service charges.
If your FlexCard is lost and the credit union is closed, please call the 24 hour hotline at 1.800.236.2442 immediately.

Night Deposit
A convenience available to you at both of our branches. Use the night deposit drop box for all of your deposit needs 24X7.
eStatements
Sign up to view your monthly statements electronically! This service is free and your electronic statements are available faster than your paper statements.
To sign up, look for eStatements in the left hand menu in PCExpress. Follow the prompts for signing up for paperless statements. Please keep in mind that depending on the day you sign up for eStatements, you may receive a paper statement as well as your eStatement for that month but the eStatement will begin the following month.
When your statement is available for you to view or print, you will be sent a notification via email. |
