Fill out the worksheet with the information you will need to make the switch to AppleTree, then follow the simple steps below to make the move today!

I. Apply for Your New AppleTree Credit Union Account

• Compare checking and savings accounts at www.appletree.org to find the service which best fits your needs
• Stop by one of our two locations to open your new account
• Already a member of AppleTree? Want to transfer money from other financial institutions to AppleTree? No problem! Call today to transfer your money to your AppleTree account!

II. Move Your Automatic Payments and Direct Deposits to AppleTree

• Transfer your automatic payments and direct deposits to your NEW AppleTree Credit Union account
• We have included all necessary forms to assist you in setting up automatic payments and direct deposits with your AppleTree account:
  • Change/Transfer Automatic Payments
  • Change/Transfer Direct Deposits
• AppleTree's Routing Number: 275082471

III. Close Your Old Account

• Once all automatic transactions have been switched to your new AppleTree account and all outstanding checks have cleared on your old account, notify your previous financial institution to close your account and send the remaining balance to you (or have it transferred to your new AppleTree Credit Union account)
