To sign up you can print our Direct Deposit/Withdrawal form, fill in the correct account information and hand it in to your payroll department. Please call us with any questions regarding your account number 414.546.7800
To sign up for direct deposit, you'll need:
- AppleTree’s routing number: 275082471
- For your checking or money market account, you'll need the numbers found on the bottom on your checks. See this Direct Deposit form for an example.
- For savings, you'll need your member number.
