What is a balloon mortgage?

A balloon mortgage is usually a short term mortgage loan. The payment is based (amortized) on a longer term, typically 15, 20, or 30 years. At the end of your term you can refinance your home at the current interest rate, payoff your home, or sell your home. Because of our low fees and low interest rates, it is a great solution if you are looking to sell your home in the next 5 to 7 years.
